Staffmark is hiring a Data Entry Clerk to join a growing team focused on secure records processing. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling sensitive information, this could be the right fit for you!

Pay: $20.00/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data from physical and digital records into internal systems
• Cross-check information for accuracy and completeness
• Scan, file, and index documents using document management software
• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Flag and resolve data discrepancies
• Perform routine quality checks and assist with reporting
• Keep work area clean, organized, and secure
• Assist with other clerical/admin tasks as needed

What You Need to Bring:

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with high accuracy
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Familiarity with databases or document management software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism
