Data Entry Specialist – 5-Month Contract
Location: Westlake Village, CA 91361 (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM (Weekend part-time also available)
Pay: $22 per hour

 

Position Overview
We’re seeking reliable and detail-focused Data Entry Specialists to support a fast-paced operational team. This role is perfect for candidates who enjoy structured work and are comfortable maintaining consistent productivity throughout their shift. You’ll play an important role in keeping key information moving accurately and efficiently through digital systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quickly and accurately transcribe data from handwritten documents into digital format.
  • Maintain solid pace with priority on productivity and efficiency.
  • Perform day-to-day data entry tasks in English.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven ability to focus on data entry for the full duration of the shift.
  • Typing speed of 50 WPM or higher (a short typing test will be completed).
  • Prior experience with 10-key entry is preferred but not required.
  • Confidence working in a structured environment where consistency matters.
  • Availability to commit to the full 5-month contract .
