Job Title: Dedicated Recruiter at Manassas National Battlefield

Location: Manassas, VA

Duties:

1. B. USAJobs.gov account workshop

1. Instructions on creating a USAJobs.gov account.

2. Communicate the requirements to candidates to ensure proper documentation is

secured and uploaded onto the USAJobs platform.

3. Instructions on how to search for jobs and apply to USAJobs.gov.

4. Provide step-by-step screenshots of USAJobs Application.

1. Special Hiring Authorities Workshop

1. Schedule A (Disabilities)

2. Veterans Preference

3. Recruit, screen, and submit information on qualified Schedule A and Veterans

Preference eligible candidates. To support this effort, the contractor shall be

required to, but is not limited to the following:

• Discuss the details of the positions with potential applicants, gaining an

understanding of the specific skills, education, and experience.

• Search and review candidate information to determine who are qualified for

the positions.

• Search, recruit, and pre-screen additional candidates that satisfy the position

requirements to identify sufficient candidates for customized referral lists.

• Disclose any recommended reasonable accommodations required for the

interview process, as identified by the applicant.

1. Promotion and advertisement of workshops shall include, but not limited to:

1. Local High Schools and Colleges/Universities

2. Boys and Girls Club

3. Chamber of Commerce

4. Unemployment Office

5. Public Libraries

6. social media

7. Military Bases

8. Other public venues or media.

1. With coordination with the park, one Job fair to be held during the period of performance. Job fair shall include the following services:

1. Promotional Graphics / Advertisements

2. Promote event at local schools (High and College/Universities)

3. Promote event on social media

4. Career Table Support

5. Step-by-step screenshots of USAJobs account creation

6. Step-by-step screenshots of USAJobs application

7. Hand-out flyers

8. Recruitment Professional in attendance

9. Follow-Up Thank You for Attending Graphic and Email Template
