Bridgeway Logistics is a Delivery Service Partner located in Richmond, VA. We are looking for  dedicated, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Delivery Associates to fulfill this role. As a Delivery Associate with  Bridgeway Logistics , you will have the opportunity to deliver smiles to our customers each and every day. We believe in providing support to our associates and setting them up for success. Our core values insist on  teamwork, support and commitment to our customers and to our delivery associates . There is NO CDL Required and a company vehicle will be provided to you!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely deliver 200-250 packages to customers each day.
• Follow navigation to deliver packages along designated route.
• Use hand held device to obtain routing information and communicate effectively to customer and Bridgeway Logistics, as needed.
• Safely operate and maintain company-owned vehicle during course of route.
• Load and unload packages for delivery.
• Problem solve and think critically to meet customer needs..
• Be professional and able to maintain high ethical standards.
• Have a positive, " let's get it done" attitude.
• Have strong communication skills.
• Work with a team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the U.S
• At least 21 years of age
• Hold a valid driver's license (No CDL required)
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
• Able to work weekdays, some weekends, evenings and holidays
• Fluent in English (bilingual is a plus)

Physical Requirements:

• Be able to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Able to squat, bend, climb stairs throughout a 10-hour work shift
• Able to safely and successfully deliver packages in challenging weather conditions.
