Overview Join to apply for the Digital Content Designer role at TEKsystems . Description: Portfolios should be impressive from a design and motion perspective. The manager is looking for social media experience and strong motion examples. Position Summary: Creatives here are talented, curious, and self-motivated individuals who enjoy agency life with the benefits of a big company. You will create and version online content for client brands where digital solutions are applied at a real time pace. You will have a deep working knowledge of interactive and social media spaces and consult with internal and external teams to create effective work. Primary Responsibilities Under the direction of a creative director, design and execute online communications with excellent design capabilities, a complete understanding of interactive space and user experience empathy. Exercise quality assurance and strong attention to detail against master creative template while versioning multiple pieces of content for eCommerce, CRM communications, social media content and more. Construct digital files in a memory-efficient manner. Ensure files are accurate and error-free. Be collaborative and self-sufficient with a proactive attitude toward role and responsibilities. Use trademarks and logos properly. Meet legal and regulatory requirements. Ensure all files meet AFFCO/NASC standards for quality. Maintain typography standards: hyphenation, kerning, line breaks, legibility. Use accurate sizes and specifications. Route all projects to Proofreader before presenting to the review group. Operate with a degree of autonomy by receiving project assignments, completing on time, understanding direction, and applying feedback. Collaborate with Community Managers, internal and external teams, legal, clients, and vendor partners. Stay current on trends and technology in the digital/mobile/social space and apply them to client business. Share knowledge for project betterment. Perform all other duties as assigned. Other Duties And Responsibilities Contribute to long-range agency and company goals relating to growth of interactive capabilities and business. Concurrently apply skills to multiple projects on different client brand assignments. Maintain a positive attitude, high energy, and passion for creating effective, solution-oriented work. Skills Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills for both digital and print design. Strong understanding of designing for social, ecommerce and digital display. Ability to contribute to brainstorming and general problem solving. Strong typography skills. Strong motion design skills, including After Effects, animated GIFs. Basic video editing skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to contribute to long-range agency and company goals relating to growth of interactive capabilities and business. Ability to concurrently apply skills to multiple projects on different client brand assignments. A positive attitude, high energy, and passion for creating effective, solution-oriented work. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
