Greekly is a dynamic company specializing in custom apparel for fraternity and sorority chapters as well as co-branded apparel for local businesses in college towns. We are passionate about creating unique designs that resonate with the Greek community.

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative illustrator who has a background in creating illustrations for the collegiate market, preferably in the fraternity/sorority space. You will be responsible for creating custom apparel designs, marketing materials, and digital content that capture the spirit and identity of our clients - fraternity and sorority chapters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop creative, high-quality designs for custom apparel and marketing materials. Our designs have a hand-drawn look, so proficiency in illustration is a must.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with fraternity and sorority chapters to understand their design needs and deliver custom solutions.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with design trends, especially within the Greek life and college communities, to create relevant and appealing designs.
• Feedback Incorporation: Adapt and revise designs based on client feedback to achieve the desired final product.

Requirements:

• Illustration Skills - Our designs are primarily illustrations, so this is a must.
• Design Software Familiarity: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• AI Tools: Familiarity with Midjourney AI art tool or a willingness to learn.
• Creative Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, particularly in apparel design or related fields.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Time Management: Ability to manage your time effectively, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation:

• $15 per hour.
