You will be an expert in analytical and operational leadership, leading a team of data analysts and program managers across 4 global offices. In this role, you will contribute to the broader YouTube T&S cross-functional team including Operations, Product, Engineering, and Product Operations, fostering a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement within the team. You will drive insights necessary to lead this function as well as operating metrics to ensure consistency, efficiency, and risk control points for compliance.
