District Manager – Massage Envy (Metairie/Slidell)

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee business strategies across 3 clinics to ensure alignment with Massage Envy's brand standards and financial goals.
• Review and analyze KPIs and financial reports to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing clinic teams
• Build strong clinic leaders by providing ongoing coaching, mentorship, and development plans tailored to individual strengths.
• Maintain high standards for clinic operations, including scheduling, payroll management, service flow, and inventory controls.
• Ensure brand consistency and operational excellence across all locations
• Foster a positive, accountable, and mission-driven team culture

Qualities:

• 3+ years of multi-unit leadership (wellness, fitness, retail, or hospitality preferred)
• Strong skills in planning, time management, and team development
• High personal integrity, emotional intelligence, and work ethic
• Ability to give and receive feedback and hold teams accountable
• Proactive problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
• Comfortable traveling between locations regularly

• $70,000-90,000 (Base pay + performance-based bonus)
