OVERVIEW: The Dock & Lift Technician is responsible for installing and maintaining docks & lifts

KEY TASKS:

• Understand customer's needs and requirements, making appropriate recommendations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Loading & following pick lists for installations
• Document the process of installs and removals
• Operate company vehicles in a safe manner
• Conduct site inspections
• Storage boat pick up and delivery
• Shrink wrap boats
• Other duties as assigned

KEY RESULT AREAS:

• Internal/external customer satisfaction/FANS
• Timely and accurate completion of work
