Job Summary

The Senior Art Director is a proven creative. They are expected to consistently and independently come up with a volume of great ideas that are on brief, and also possess the self-editing skills to start shaping amazing campaigns for our clients. The Senior Art Director gets a chance to cut their teeth as managershelping lead creative teams and presenting to clients.

When it comes to craft, the Senior Creative is not only fluent as an Art Director, they also have a solid amount of production experience under their belt. They have a strong opinion on how they want their vision executed and are confident leading production partners.

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead and own work, and formulate and develop disruptive ideas with minimal oversight or creative direction
2. Establish client relationships, owning presentations and working directly with clients on productions
3. Concept and art direct, developing storyboards and comps without assistance from the Design team
4. Understand and appreciate the importance of strategy, and ensure that all ideas are on brief
5. Manage multiple clients and deliverables simultaneously
6. Handle all facets of production and post-production with minimal supervision
7. Work with all disciplines to deliver projects of creative excellence on time
8. Demonstrate strong presentation skills, both internally and with clients
9. Give and receive constructive feedback in a respectful manner
10. Show maturity in dealing with the ups and downs of the business, and finds creative opportunities on even the most challenging of clients.
11. Mentor and lead creative teams.

Basic Qualifications

1. Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating smart, brand-building ideas and executions

Preferred Qualifications

1. Multi-faceted in developing different types of creative media
2. Production experience and ability to handle different types of productions
3. Expert proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign
4. Ability to work independently
5. Collaborative and team oriented with proficiency working with members of all different departments, with minimal supervision
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective communication to clients, internal team and management

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York as set forth below. We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
