Non-CDL Dump Truck Driver

Sussex Construction is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Non-CDL Dump Truck Drivers. This position involves operating a dump truck for hauling materials. The right candidate will ensure timely, efficient, and safe delivery of materials while always maintaining a professional and courteous attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a dump truck safely and efficiently for material transport.
• Transport sand, gravel, soil, and other materials to and from job sites.
• Load, secure, and unload materials as required.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Follow all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, project managers, and site personnel.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license (No CDL required)
• Clean driving record.
• Experience driving dump trucks or similar vehicles preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor including loading/unloading as needed.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety minded.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
