Experience: Minimum 5 Years of CRM technical development required Job Type: Contract Location: Remote About the Role: (Job Summary) We are looking for an experienced CRM Technical Developer to work on an enterprise migration from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on technical development, customization, and data integration. The developer will collaborate with the project team contributing to the successful delivery of the CRM transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in CRM platforms, deep hands-on experience with D365 CRM (Sales, Customer Insights (Marketing) modules), and proven experience in system migration and data integration. The role is part of a strategic CRM migration program for a leading banking client, where familiarity with industry-grade data handling and compliance expectations is critical. Key Responsibilities: Configure entities, forms, views, and model-driven apps within D365 CRM. Develop and support integrations between D365 CRM and external systems using Web APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or custom connectors. Collaborate with the Solution Architect to implement scalable and supportable technical designs aligned with project standards. Perform technical unit testing and assist with defect resolution during UAT. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all customizations, workflows, and data migration logic. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and technical design reviews with the project team. Required Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of hands-on CRM development experience, with at least 3 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Insights (Marketing) modules). Familiarity with integrating D365 CRM with external systems via REST APIs and Azure integration services. Experience using Azure DevOps for work tracking and solution deployment. Prior experience in agile consulting or delivery environments. Strongly Desired - Prior experience working in the banking or financial services sector.
