Key Responsibilities:

Provide brief, solution-focused counseling to address clients' immediate concerns.
Ensure the safety of clients presenting a risk to themselves or others.
Appropriately refer clients to long-term treatment when needed, utilizing available benefit plans and community resources.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of client interactions in the system, following established processes.
Take clinical responsibility for individual, family, and group counseling sessions.
Conduct diagnostic assessments, create treatment plans, and provide necessary updates.
Manage your caseload efficiently, ensuring timely transfers and discharges of clients.
Meet or exceed performance goals as measured by outcome assessments and client satisfaction surveys.
Participate in program development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the team.
Stay informed on trends and best practices related to counseling and mental health.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
An independent clinical license is required.
Proven experience in delivering direct clinical services and solution-focused therapy.
Strong knowledge of treatment issues and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services.
Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and sound clinical judgment.
Ability to think quickly, multitask, and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
Must have access to high-speed internet and a quiet home office, with the ability to conduct appointments via phone or video.
Excellent documentation, treatment, and assessment skills.
