Job Description

The Enrollment Agent is responsible for interacting directly with potential customers to support our clients customer acquisition and sales efforts in the Long Beach area. Enrollment Agent Responsibilities: Interact directly with prospective customers through strategic community outreach initiatives Engage with customers to determine what options they may qualify for Explain the options available to customers, answer their questions and provide the best option to fit their needs Facilitate the enrollment process for new customers Ensure all customer information is accurate and recorded correctly Meet with fellow team members to stay up to date on all available promotions and product updates Enrollment Agent
