The Entry Level In Office Property Claims Adjuster position will begin with a 5-week paid training program and transitioning into a full in office role upon completion of the training. This role is not a deployment and is intended to be a long term position.
5 Week Paid Training Program will be held February 3rd, 2025 to March 7th, 2025 and consist of:Primary Duties upon successful completion of training program include but are not limited to: (Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable qualified individuals to perform essential functions.)
A desk adjuster in the property and auto insurance space handles insurance claims from start to finish. They review policy coverage, investigate claim details by gathering documentation and statements, and assess damages through virtual inspections. Desk adjusters will work closely with policyholders, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution. They are responsible for negotiating settlements and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company guidelines. Strong communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
