AO Globe Life is expanding across Canada and currently hiring a new associate to support union and association members with accessing their benefits. This remote role is ideal for individuals looking to grow a career in a rapidly expanding industry with full training, support, and flexibility built in.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic Excel functions
• Reliable internet connection and computer setup
• Motivated, organized, and able to work independently

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments with members via Zoom
• Educate clients on their pre-negotiated benefits and help determine eligibility
• Respond to inquiries by email and maintain clear communication with your team
• Attend virtual training sessions and team meetings to stay up to date on best practices
