Due to new demand and development in our relationship with Verizon, we are their go-to team to drive sales, elevate the sales experience, and create a process that ensures long-term customer retention. 

As an Entry Level Verizon Sales Agent, you’ll lead from the front—driving customer conversions through expert product demos, personalized recommendations, and seamless activations. Each Entry Level Verizon Sales Agent plays a vital role in hitting sales targets, maximizing customer satisfaction, and strengthening brand loyalty.   Role Requirements For An Entry Level Verizon Sales Agent:

• Proactively engage potential residential customers to promote Verizon’s wireless service plans, devices, and accessories 
• Execute residential sales activities and meet directly with potential customers 
• Conduct personalized needs assessments and recommend tailored Verizon Wireless solutions that align with individual connectivity and communication preferences
• Deliver persuasive product presentations, highlighting exclusive offers, features, and benefits to convert interest into activations
• Address inquiries and objections confidently, building trust and guiding customers through a smooth, professional sales experience
• Meet and exceed sales goals by navigating the full sales cycle—from initial contact to service activation—while tracking performance benchmarks
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Verizon Wireless offerings, current promotions, competitive products, and pricing strategies
• Log all sales activity accurately in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and insightful reporting while consistently representing the brand with professionalism and integrity
