As an Esthetician at Nova Aesthetic, you will be an essential part of our mission to deliver exceptional spa experiences and natural beauty solutions. You will provide a full range of professional skincare treatments including facials, body therapies, waxing, and cosmetic applications using our exclusive line of high quality, products.

This role requires not only technical expertise but also the ability to create a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere for each guest. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique skin concerns, develop personalized treatment plans, and educate them on maintaining healthy, radiant skin at home.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional skin care treatments such as facials, waxing, body treatments, and other esthetic services.
• Consult with clients to assess their skin care needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Educate clients on skincare routines and products.
• Ensure client satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and products

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year of medical esthetician.
• Strong skills to communicate in English (written and spoken)
• Good organizational and communication skills wit the team.
• Valid esthetician license/certification in Canada.
• Previous experience in a spa, or skincare clinic preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Passion for skincare and helping clients feel their best.
