Position Overview: As an Event Assistant, you will work closely with the event planning team to ensure all aspects of an event are carried out smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for assisting with the coordination, logistics, and day-of execution of events, providing excellent service to clients, vendors, and guests. The ideal candidate will be a team player, capable of handling multiple tasks and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Assist with event planning and coordination, including scheduling meetings and preparing event timelines. Help in the selection and coordination of venues, vendors, catering, and other event services. Support with event set-up, including decorations, seating arrangements, and technical requirements. Manage event logistics on the day of the event, ensuring everything runs according to plan. Ensure the event space is clean and organized before, during, and after the event. Handle registration and guest check-in, providing assistance as needed. Communicate effectively with event staff, clients, and vendors to ensure all details are handled. Assist with post-event activities, including clean-up and feedback collection. Manage inventory of event supplies and equipment. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure. Comfortable working long hours, evenings, weekends, and on holidays when necessary. Benefits
