We are seeking a motivated and organized Events Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting event planning, logistics, and execution, ensuring every detail aligns with our high standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and coordination of events, including scheduling and vendor management.
• Manage event logistics, such as venue setup, equipment preparation, and guest arrangements.
• Communicate with clients to understand and execute their event requirements.
• Support event marketing and promotional efforts.
• Maintain detailed records of budgets, contracts, and schedules.
• Provide on-site assistance during events to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications
