We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to the planning, coordination, and execution of various events that reflect our organization's commitment to excellence. As an Events Assistant, you will support a range of activities including corporate events, conferences, and social gatherings, ensuring that every detail is meticulously planned and executed. Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of events from concept to completion Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual needs Manage event calendars and timelines to ensure timely delivery of all aspects of events Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders to confirm details and arrangements Support marketing efforts through social media promotion and event materials preparation Help set up and dismantle event spaces, ensuring a high standard of presentation Benefits: Competitive salary range of $50,000 - $63,000 per year.
