Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to Executives. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, a skilled problem-solver, and someone who can anticipate the needs of the executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Executive’s daily calendar, proactively handling any conflicts well in advance
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling inquiries and ensuring clear communication
• Book complex international travel as well as domestic travel
• Oversee property management for rental properties, businesses and residences
• Oversee basic office tasks (setting staff meetings, hiring cleaners, coordinating deliveries or vendors)
• Oversee small construction projects
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
• Work closely with Personal Assistant/House Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, calendar management tools, and other relevant software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions proactively.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be local to Bastrop/Cedar Creek area.
• Full-Time. Salary DOE.
