Qualifications and Required Skills for exec Sous Chef Position:
* Formal Culinary education
* Prior restaurant Management experience required
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Superior interrelationship skills
* Technology savvy, ability to produce and analyze data, and familiarity with industry-related softwares
* Knowledge of food service techniques and food and alcoholic beverages programs
* Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
