Description We are looking for an entry-level Financial Analyst to join a team in Roseville, Minnesota. Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning. - Interpret financial data to identify trends and patterns that can impact business outcomes. - Prepare detailed financial reports and present insights to stakeholders. - Monitor financial markets and provide relevant updates to the team. - Utilize tools like Bloomberg Terminal to gather and analyze market data. - Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting. - Assist in developing forecasts and budgets based on data analysis. - Support the implementation of financial strategies to achieve organizational goals. - Research and evaluate financial trends to inform business strategies. *Please note that all candidates are required to provide 2 recent supervisor or manager references in order to be considered for employment. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. - Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex financial data. - Familiarity with financial markets and reporting processes. - Experience with data analysis tools and software, such as Bloomberg Terminal, is preferred. - Excellent communication skills for presenting financial insights. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
