Position Overview:
The Controller will lead Willow Trees accounting and administrative operations , overseeing financial reporting, controls, budgeting, and compliance with GAAP standards. The role also partners closely with HR and senior leadership, making it a highly visible position with the potential to grow into a CFO-level role .
