Food Production Supervisor

Pay is $25 per hr. and up to Start. This is a Temp to Perm Position meaning that as long as you are doing a good job, after the contract period, the Client can hire you on Permanent if they wish, and then you would get their World-Wide Company Benefits and Large increase in pay.

Qualifications:

Must be able to pass 5-Panel Instant, and Hair Follicle Drug Tests

Must be able to pass Background Check

Must be able to work any and all Long Hour shifts as requested by Client

Must be willing to Perform any and all duties assigned by Plant Manager

Job Description:

A food production supervisor is responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient production of food products. They oversee the day-to-day operations of a food manufacturing facility, and their duties include:

• Quality control: Ensuring that food products meet quality standards
• Production schedules: Setting schedules and managing daily production requirements
• Safety: Ensuring that employees are working safely and that food safety regulations are followed
• Production processes: Overseeing manufacturing processes and solving technical issues
• Employee performance: Monitoring employee performance and training workers
• Communication: Acting as a liaison between workers and management
• Cost management: Monitoring the costs of food production

Food production supervisors need strong leadership and communication skills, and a deep understanding of food safety regulations. They often have a bachelor's degree in food science or manufacturing engineering, and training in food safety, manufacturing processes, and food microbiology.
