We are hiring a Founding Recruiter to help build out our team across both technical and non-technical roles and play a visible role in shaping the future of recruiting itself. This isn't a traditional recruiting role. As our first in-house recruiter, you'll become a visible leader in the recruiting community, working at the intersection of modern sourcing and AI. You'll also help shape how we engage externally through content, community, and candidate experience to become the top destination for top-tier talent.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $130K to $210K annually, depending on experience
