Responsibilities
  • Repair damaged frames and suspensions on heavy trucks.
  • Straighten frames to factory specifications using frame machine equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of service equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document work performed on work orders accurately.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
  • Engage in physical tasks including light to heavy lifting, standing, bending, stooping, climbing, and squatting.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the Heavy-Duty industry is preferred.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to stay up-to-date on industry training and equipment.
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and follow-up on multiple projects.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Must have tools required to perform tasks – training provided.
