Job Title: Full Desk Recruiter (Across Different Verticals)
Location: Must be based in NYC and have strong knowledge of the Tri-State market
Compensation: $75K–$90K Base + Lucrative Commission Structure
About the Role:
Join a fast-growing staffing firm actively expanding its presence across key markets. Based in NYC, this 360 Recruiter role offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships and place top talent across core verticals like Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, Compliance, and Technology. You'll manage the full recruitment life cycle, from business development to candidate placement and work with clients in a fast-paced environment with the support of an engaged leadership team.
This role is focused on permanent and contract placements. Agency experience is a requirement. Candidates with only internal/corporate recruiting backgrounds will not be considered.
