Job Description

Description of the role: As a Shipping & Customer Service Associate at The UPS Store in Raleigh, NC, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, packaging and shipping items, and assisting with various store operations. Previous UPS STORE WORK EXPERIENCE HIGHLY DESIRED. Responsibilities:

Assist customers with shipping and packaging services
Provide outstanding customer service and address inquiries or concerns
Handle cash transactions and operate a point-of-sale system
Prepare shipments, print labels, and process packages using UPS shipping software
Maintain store cleanliness and organization

Requirements:

Prior customer service experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs

Benefits: Competitive hourly pay ranging from $13.00 to $15.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
