Job Opportunity: Full-Time Entry-Level Role at a Local Insurance Agency

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Provide customer service support for existing clients, including:
Payment processing
Policy revisions
Responding to general inquiries
Offer additional office support as needed.
Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

This is an in-office position—no remote or hybrid options are available. Candidates must have reliable transportation to ensure punctual attendance.
Compensation:
$18.00/hour for a 40-hour workweek.
Potential for raises after the probationary period.
