Terpene Belt Farms (TBF) was created to make California-grown hemp essential oil commercially available across the globe. Our Fresh Never Frozen® oils capture the essence of the plant and carry the terroir of the land. We are a B2B flavor and fragrance supply-chain business with market dominance with our initial customer segment with new markets and customer types on the horizon.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create stimulating, on-brand and impactful design solutions across various mediums
• Design visually compelling marketing emails, landing pages, print materials, and other marketing collateral
• Evolve and implement new brand and style guidelines, showcasing your skills in brand and logo design
• Contribute to video editing, website design, and motion graphics projects
• Create and develop first to market product branding and packaging 
• Develop printed materials such as one-pagers, decks, and holiday cards
• Utilize and implement style and brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency and integrity across all design elements
• Distinguish between quick tasks and substantial projects, adhering to defined project scopes

• Is a creative enthusiast with a strong affinity for web aesthetics, functionality, and overall design innovation
• Enjoys crafting user experiences that are both engaging and efficient
• Is a generalist with with 3D modeling and motion graphics
• Has WordPress experience
• Exhibits a positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable attitude
• Thrives in a team environment and is open to giving and receiving feedback
• Is a self-starter with a zest for innovative ideas and out-of-the-box thinking
• Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Can manage competing priorities and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Has excellent oral and written communication skills

Salary

Required Skills

• A minimum of 3-5 years of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse skills
• Understanding of brand development + consistency with the capability of solving complex problems through effective design
• Expert in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and familiarity with 3D and motion graphics software
• Proven experience with brand and logo creation 
• Experience with or a willingness to learn HubSpot design functions
• Proficiency with Google Slides
• Well versed in Figma
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with junior and senior team members 
• Capability to prioritize effectively and meet tight deadlines

Desired Skills

Would be great to have:

• AI prompting
• Cursory 3D understanding
• Mograph understanding
