Job Title: Event Photographer/Videographer for Bachelorette Type Pub Crawl in Boston, Ma Location: Boston, Ma
Date: Middle of December (exact date to be confirmed)
Time: Evening, approximately 5:30/6:30 PM - 7:30/8:30 PM
Compensation: $250 for a 2-hour shoot
Description: Are you a talented photographer and videographer with a passion for capturing lively events? We're seeking a skilled professional to document a fun and festive bachelorette type pub crawl in Austin. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and deliver high-quality content for a memorable occasion.
Key Responsibilities: - Photograph and Video Coverage: Capture the essence of a bachelorette pub crawl with high-quality photos and engaging video clips. The event will feature a group of 6-8 people enjoying drinks, listening to ghost stories, and having a great time.
- Deliverables: Provide at least 50 high-quality photos and 25 short video clips. Photos and video clips should align with provided specifications and examples.
- Editing: Edit all photos and video clips to ensure they meet professional standards and the agreed-upon style.
- Equipment: Bring your own lighting equipment if necessary. We will handle the locations and provide props for the shoot.
- Timeline: The shoot will take place in the early evening, around 5:30/6:30 PM to 7:30/8:30 PM. The shoot must take place at the beginning of September. All deliverables must be approved and submitted by September 15th.
Requirements: - Experience: Proven experience in event photography and videography, with a portfolio demonstrating previous work, preferably in similar settings.
- Equipment: Access to high-quality photography and videography equipment, including lighting if needed.
- Creativity: Ability to capture candid and dynamic moments in a lively and social environment.
- Flexibility: Availability to work during the specified time and meet the tight turnaround for deliverables.
Additional Details: - Models/Actors: We have some models/actors for the shoot. If you have additional actors/models, we are open to discussing this, and compensation for them will be negotiated upon hiring.
- Guidance Provided: We will provide examples, direction, and some props to help guide the shoot.
