Help Wanted: Head Sushi Chef at One of the Top Sushi Restaurants in the USA – Atlanta

We’re seeking a visionary Head Sushi Chef to help us redefine sushi cuisine and elevate our guest experience to new heights.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading a team in a high-end, fast-paced kitchen
• Expertise in sushi preparation, quality control, and menu development
• Strong commitment to food safety, sanitation, and operational excellence

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovative Leadership: Supervise and inspire a talented team, ensuring every station is fully equipped and staffed with skilled professionals.
• Craft Excellence: Collaborate with the Head Chef to maintain and elevate our sushi standards, creating a signature style that defines our restaurant.
• Menu Mastery: Stay ahead of culinary trends, introducing fresh, seasonal, and exciting sushi creations that keep our menu vibrant and competitive.
• Precision and Quality Control: Oversee every sushi dish's meticulous preparation, seasoning, and presentation to ensure it exceeds guest expectations.
• Operational Excellence: Assist in managing the budget, optimizing preparation procedures, and maintaining rigorous hygiene and safety standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to foster a culture of teamwork, passion, and perfection while effectively managing costs.
• Compliance and Safety: Enforce all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies.
