Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in connecting talented professionals with exciting job opportunities. Your work will contribute to our mission of matching the right candidates with the right roles. Your daily tasks will include:

Recruitment & Sourcing: Actively recruit candidates for various job openings by leveraging your knowledge of industry best practices and the latest social media trends.
Candidate Screening: Identify and evaluate qualified applicants, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews. You'll also assist with checking references and verifying background information in collaboration with our Credentialing Coordinator.
Communication: Make 80 - 100 calls daily to prospective candidates, using a prepared script to guide your conversations.
Social Media Engagement: Build and maintain your professional brand through social media platforms to attract top talent.
Interview Preparation: Brief and prepare candidates for interviews with clients, ensuring they are well-equipped to make a great impression.
Data Management: Keep detailed records of recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system, including applicant flow, interviews, hires, and terminations.
Negotiation: Work with candidates to negotiate fair and competitive compensation packages.
Networking: Attend job and career fairs, and regularly connect with healthcare organizations and professional associations to expand your network.
Minimum Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals and groups.
At least one year of experience in recruitment, sales, sourcing, or social media.
Proficiency in using PC-based systems, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications. Experience with organizing and maintaining both physical and digital filing systems is also important.
Preferred Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience as a Recruiter, in direct sales, or as a healthcare professional is a plus.
