Position Overview:
We are a leader in innovative healthcare staffing solutions, dedicated to exceeding the expectations of both clinicians and clients. Focused on meeting the needs of healthcare professionals, we offer a variety of services including PRN, LTAC, Infusion, Government, and Travel Nursing staffing.
We are looking for an experienced and sales-minded individual to join our Nurse Recruitment Division. This remote position offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and a comprehensive benefits package. We welcome applicants from AZ, TX, LA, TN, MS, or GA.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage and Convert: Research prospects and respond to inquiries, turning potential candidates into interested applicants.
Conduct Pre-Screening Interviews: Initiate contact with candidates and conduct initial pre-screening interviews to assess fit.
Evaluate Candidates: Assess, qualify, and disqualify applicants based on their suitability for the roles.
Build Networks: Develop and maintain professional networks to generate candidate referrals.
Participate in Events: Represent the company at industry recruiting events to attract top talent.
Negotiate and Close: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including extending offers and closing deals with candidates.
Fill Positions Efficiently: Work diligently to fill open positions in a timely and effective manner.
What We're Looking For:
Recruitment Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Travel Nurse and PRN recruitment, with knowledge of both pre- and post-COVID contract staffing.
Remote Work Capability: This is a remote position. However, if you are located in the Greater Dallas area, initial training may take place on-site. After the training period, this role will continue as remote.
Relational Skills: Ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals and build meaningful relationships.
Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities, with a focus on a client- and nurse-centered approach.
Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Time Management: Efficient time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Pressure Handling: Ability to work well under deadlines and pressure.
Self-Motivation: A goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive for success.
Social Media and Marketing Experience: Active presence on LinkedIn and Facebook, with knowledge of marketing strategies to attract top talent.
Innovative Sourcing: Experience in creatively sourcing and selecting talent, staying up-to-date with the latest trends in nurse recruitment.
Full Desk Experience: Proven experience managing a full recruitment desk, including sourcing, submitting, and maintaining client relations.
Proven Excellence: A track record of outstanding performance, including awards, recognition, or certifications in the nurse recruitment field.
Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
