Job Title: Hi-Lo/Forklift Operator

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent

Pay Rate: 17 - 20 per hour (Depending on experience)

Job Description: Are you an experienced Forklift/Hi-Lo Operator looking for your next opportunity? We are building a candidate pool for future openings with top employers in the Grand Rapids area. If you have a proven track record of operating forklifts or hi-lo machines safely and efficiently, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a forklift or hi-lo to move materials throughout the facility.

• Load and unload trucks, ensuring accuracy and product integrity.

• Transport raw materials, finished goods, and other items as needed.

• Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and logging materials.

• Perform daily safety checks on the forklift/hi-lo and report any issues.

• Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license - required.

• Valid forklift operator certification (preferred).

• Previous experience as a forklift/hi-lo operator.

• Strong attention to safety and detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.

• Verification of High School Diploma or GED (if available).

Shift Availability:

• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available

Pay Details: 17.00 to 20.00 per hour
