Job Description

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service, ensuring the Raffles brand positioning, personality, service culture and values are personified at all times.
• Assist the Director of Housekeeping to ensure all brand, service, compliance and department standards & procedures are followed.
• Oversee the housekeeping department to ensure the hotel facilities are maintained, clean, sanitary and in orderly condition.
• Ensure the daily inspection of guest rooms are ready for occupancy in the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Luxury Hotel Housekeeping leadership capacity.
• Minimum 2 years of luxury hotel experience
• Strong guest service orientation.
• Proven ability to guide and coach team members.
• Work Authorization in the U.S. without VISA sponsorship
