Your Role As our HVAC Sales Specialist, you'll:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities for system upgrades or replacements
- Transform customer interactions into successful service agreements
- Leverage your persuasive communication abilities to drive revenue
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems
Key Responsibilities - Comprehensively assess HVAC systems for safety, reliability, comfort, and efficiency
- Provide expert recommendations on system upgrades, energy conservation strategies, and cost-effective maintenance plans
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
What We're Looking For - Proven track record in sales, preferably with short sales cycles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to establish rapport and navigate diverse personality types
- Self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- No prior HVAC experience required - we provide comprehensive training!

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
