Job Description

HVAC Service Manager Position Summary: Thermacon is seeking a dedicated and proactive HVAC Service Manager to join our leadership team. This individual will play a critical role in enhancing our company culture, driving customer WOW service, and improving technical capabilities. The HVAC Service Manager will lead, manage, and hold accountable all members of their respective team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and meeting or exceeding team revenue and profit goals. Key Responsibilities: * Leadership and Team Management:

  • Actively contribute and engage as a member of the leadership team.
  • Champion the Core Values of Results, Integrity, Grit, Teamwork, and Growth.
  • Serve, train, lead, manage, and hold accountable all team members.
  • Review technician performance and enforce WOW Service standards.
  • Collaborate with other leaders to continuously improve company culture and service quality.
* Operational Excellence:
  • Meet or exceed team revenue and profit goals, demonstrating a results-oriented approach.
  • Ensure the department is fully staffed by hiring, recruiting, and training team members.
  • Support field staff, run service calls, and manage retrofit projects.
  • Organize and oversee business development and sales activities to grow the territory.

  • Continuously enhance technical capabilities of the team.
  • Foster an environment of continuous learning and growth.
  • Implement and monitor processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
