The Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) role involves providing in-home therapeutic services to pediatric children with autism and developmental disabilities using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. The role requires a BCBA license, a relevant graduate degree, and at least 2 years of experience working with children in clinical and home settings.
