We’re hiring an Inside Sales Representative for a leading garage door company serving both residential and commercial customers throughout Greater Houston. The position is based out of our Spring, TX office, supporting customer inquiries, estimating jobs, and closing sales.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in garage doors, windows, fencing, or similar trades who enjoys working with contractors and homeowners on project planning and quoting.
Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers.
Provide pricing and guidance on product selection and services.
Create accurate estimates and quotes for both family homes and commercial projects.
Interpret blueprints, drawings, or project specs to determine scope.
Work closely with scheduling and service teams to ensure timely execution.
Track leads, quotes, and communications in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers and help drive the sales pipeline.
Qualifications:
2+ years of inside sales experience (garage doors, windows, fencing, or gates preferred).
Must be comfortable reading blueprints or construction drawings.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with solid computer and CRM proficiency.
Knowledge of estimating software or quoting tools a plus.
