Position Summary: As an Installation Trainer, your primary role will be to enhance the skills and performance of our subcontracting installation teams. Your training and engagement will contribute significantly to the quality and value delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and develop installation subcontractors in both office settings and on-site.
• Enhance subcontractor retention rates through effective training and engagement.
• Ensure daily job installations meet performance and effectiveness standards.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on LeafFilter product installations across various home types.
• Identify performance gaps in individuals and teams, creating tailored training solutions.
• Collaborate with Installation Managers to assess individual installer capabilities.
• Work with leadership to identify comprehensive training needs and propose action plans.
• Fulfill additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in home construction, remodeling, or installation.
• Proven track record in training and onboarding subcontractors.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with clients effectively.
• Must possess a reliable truck or work van.
• Ability to utilize ladders of up to 28 feet in height and to carry necessary installation tools.
• Comfortable working on ladders up to the second story.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to varying demands effectively.
• Self-motivated with a focus on accountability and detail orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking skills to evaluate and solve complex issues.
• Ability to provide timely and empathetic service across communication channels.
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with gutter and gutter protection system installation.

Travel Requirements: Local travel is necessary for this position.

Overtime/Additional Hours: Additional hours may be required as this is an exempt position.

Physical Requirements: You will work in a field office/manufacturing/construction environment, adapting to various weather conditions. This role involves heavy physical activities, including the ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and 50 pounds frequently.
