Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Instructional Designer based in St. Louis, MO. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for conducting needs analysis, designing instructional materials, developing training programs, managing learning management systems, and creating curricula. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with subject matter experts to gather and analyze content, designing and developing course materials, and assessing the effectiveness of training programs.
