Description We are looking for a skilled Instructional Systems Designer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in New York, New York. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in e-learning technologies and instructional design to create engaging and effective training materials. This position is ideal for someone meticulous and passionate about adult learning and innovative educational strategies. Responsibilities: Develop interactive e-learning modules using tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline. Design blended learning programs that effectively combine digital and traditional instructional methods. Apply adult learning theories to create engaging and impactful training content. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning objectives and ensure the alignment of deliverables. Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud applications to enhance the visual appeal and functionality of training materials. Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of instructional designs and make data-driven improvements. Create and maintain deliverables such as storyboards, scripts, and multimedia assets. Ensure consistency and quality in all instructional materials, adhering to branding and organizational standards. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into training solutions. Provide ongoing support and updates for e-learning modules to maintain relevance and effectiveness. Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and Articulate Studio. Strong understanding of adult learning theory and its application in instructional design. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Dreamweaver, for creating visually appealing content. Familiarity with blended learning techniques and e-learning development. Ability to conduct A/B testing and analyze outcomes for continuous improvement. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing deliverables. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders. Proven experience in creating instructional systems and designing training materials.
