Sense of Urgency (being proactive vs. reactive) High-Level Communication Skills Team Player and coachable individual Organized and Task-oriented Speaks with Clients, building rapport Collects and reviews Documents for their Home Loan Reviews Loan Application for accuracy Submitting for Pre-Approval and collecting all Pre-Approval Critical Conditions Manages Accurate Data within CRM Works with Loan Officers, Realtors, and Clients to ensure a smooth Loan Process from the Start Responsibilities Non-Essential Job Functions: Participates in and leads proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
