About the Role

Our client, an architectural/engineering firm supporting building, planning, and site projects in Commercial, Education, Government, Mixed-Use, Retail, and Workplace markets, seeks a Landscape Architect to produce high-quality, project-focused design and construction documentation. This is a full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a team environment with multiple disciplines including engineering and design.
• Required proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite.
• Prepare documents conforming to company standards and quality control requirements.
• Assist with the preparation of Landscape Architecture design studies, design narratives, calculations, and analysis.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience working as a landscape designer or architect.
• Professional registration as a landscape architect.
• Significant experience in design detailing and construction documentation.
• High proficiency in CAD/Revit, 3D modeling and graphic/rendering software tools.

Required Skills

• Ability to lead internal project teams in the assembly of construction documents.

Preferred Skills

• LEED AP or other sustainability credential(s).
