Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of high-end residential landscape projects, from schematic design through construction documentation.
• Produce high-quality conceptual plans, planting plans, hardscape layouts, and 3D renderings.
• Support project managers and senior designers in the preparation of presentations and client meetings.
• Conduct site analysis, inventory, and research to inform the design process.
• Develop construction details and materials selections under guidance.
• Collaborate with internal team members, architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Ensure design intent is clearly communicated through accurate drafting and illustrative graphics.
• Maintain organized project files, CAD standards, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or related field (required).
• 0–2 years of professional experience in landscape design (internships or studio experience with residential projects a plus).
• Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), SketchUp, and/or Lumion.
• Basic understanding of construction documentation, materials, and horticulture.
• Excellent hand sketching and digital graphic presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Passion for design excellence, sustainability, and luxury outdoor living environments.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative studio environment.
