We are looking for a hardworking individual who either has experience in the landscape industry or is looking to gain experience installing new landscapes. Join a highly trained and skilled team and further develop your skill set, or learn from the best in the industry as we create new Florida landscapes throughout the Tampa Bay Area.

Job Responsibilities

• Safely remove and prep existing landscapes for new landscape installation
• Using industry standards and sustainable practices, install new landscape trees, plants, and flowers
• Install mulch, rock, and other groundcovers
• Work under the direction of the crew leader or supervisor
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and respectful working environment and job site

Qualifications

• Ability to show up on time and ready to work as scheduled
• Listen to and follow instructions as directed by crew leader or supervisors
• Experience in landscape installations preferred
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• A valid drivers license and clean motor vehicle report is preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects, outside, in the Florida heat and weather
