Job Title: Lead Corporate Recruiter - Bilingual Spanish

Location (city, state): Phoenix, AZ (onsite, up to 20% travel)

Compensation: $90,000 to $130,000 DOE

Industry: Construction / Electrical & Mechanical Contractor

Addison Group is hiring for our client, a growing construction organization with a strong footprint across multiple states. They specialize in contracting projects and are seeking a Lead Recruiter to guide recruiting strategies, mentor a team, and drive high-volume hiring for skilled trades.

Job Description:

The Lead Corporate Recruiter will oversee full-cycle recruiting efforts, focusing on skilled trade positions. This individual will manage a small team, collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs, and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to meet project demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for skilled trade and project-based roles
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates to support current and future needs
• Partner with project managers and leadership to align hiring strategies with business priorities
• Conduct interviews, coordinate candidate evaluations, and oversee onboarding processes
• Source candidates creatively through job boards, databases, and community networking
• Represent the company at job fairs, trade schools, and outreach events
• Track and analyze recruiting activity and provide regular reporting
• Manage, coach, and develop a recruiting team of 2–4 recruiters
• Establish and refine recruitment strategies and best practices

Qualifications:

• 4–7 years of agency recruiting experience within skilled trades
• Demonstrated career growth and stability in prior roles
• Background in client account management and workforce planning
• Experience mentoring and managing recruiters or recruitment teams
• Proficiency in ATS systems and Microsoft Office
• Bilingual Spanish Required
